Fernando Rossjanski
Febuey, Fernando Rossjanski, believes that art is a tool for social change. His mural art can be found in public schools, community kitchens, humble neighborhoods, cultural centers, and social cooperatives. Febuey’s work is also chosen by big and small commercial companies. He created the cover art for Baby Yor’s Vive! release worked with Miguel Romano, one of the most famous hairdressers in Argentina, and the Peruvian soft drink brand Kola Escocesa, among other international companies.
A continual learner, Febuey holds a bachelor’s degree in Audiovisual design from Universidad de Buenos Aires (UBA) and currently studies Visual Arts at the Universidad Nacional de las Artes (UNA). He has also studied drawing and painting at Carlos Garaycochea’s school, then with Maxi Bagnasco, and many others. 10 years ago he met Freddy “Filete” Fernandez who became his first Filete Porteño teacher and mentor. Febuey continued developing the technique with Jose Espinosa, Adrián Clara, Beto Yapan, and other great masters of Filete Porteño.
